GRAVES Marshall County Will Book A State of Tennessee, Marshall County January 29th 1849 I Sherwood W. GRAVES of the County and State above named being weak in body but sound in mind do make this my last will Testament, to wit, 1st I commend my Spirit to him who gave it and desire my body to be buried in a Christian manner 2nd- I desire with respect to what property I have that my wife Anna GRAVES have the plantation on which I now live and the two negroes I now own and I desire that she have the above during her life time or widowhood then to be divided among her children after her death or second marriage 3rd- I desire that the remainder of my property be sold and my debts paid out of the proceeds of such sale 4tf- I hereby request that Richmond CAMPBELL be my Administrator and that Calvin R.
