This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Karen Combs ==================================================================== Will of Isaac HENDRIX Marshall County Will Book A pg 291 Feb 6th 1851 Know all men by these presents that I Isaac HENDRIX being of sound mind & Memory desire and Ordain as my last will and Testament the following desposition of my property (viz) I will & bequeath to my wife Falberry HENDRIX all the personal property and Real estate of which I die possessed - After the decease of my wife I desire & ordain that my Daughter Mary HENDRIX and Leonidus McEHAN my Grand son shall enjoy said property during the unmarried ife of my said Daughter Mary if she should desire to sell the land she can do so & the money shall be divided equally between the said Mary HENDRIX Molly DOTSON & Leonidus McEHAN Moreover provided my daughter Mary should Marry she is entitled to one third of the property as above & the balance shall be divided equally between the said Dolly DOTSON & Leonidus McEHAN I further desire and ordain that the personal property which may remain after the decease of my wife Shall be equally divided between the said Mary HENDRIX & Leonidus McEHAN, I moreover appoint my son John HENDRIX & Mary HENDRIX my Daughter to Execute this my last will and Testament.
