Gillespie et al vs. J.F. Hill, Admr. 1909" The bill of T.M. Gillespie, resident of Marshall Co, Tenn., C.P. Gillespie, resident of Cumberland Co, Tenn., M.A. Gillespie, resident of Davidson Co, Tenn., F.J.[sic F.K.] Jackson and wife N.J. Jackson, residents of Rutherford Co, Tenn., heirs of William Gillespie deceased, his children, who was a brother of Mrs. P.A. Hunter, deceased. And the following heirs of Mrs. Nancy King, deceased, who was a sister of Mrs. P.A. Hunter, deceased, to wit: N.B. King, K.R. King, __Davis & wife, P.A. Davis, Bedford Co, Tenn., __Jones & wife Virgie Jones and __Lamb & wife, residents of State Tex. Being Nancy K.'s 5 children. Then the children of daughter, Voney Davis,: N.R. Davis, Lizzie Davis & T.G. Davis, Bedford Co, Tenn. Then the children of son Jo. King, deced,: G.R. King, resident Nebraska, L.R. King, __Gentry & wife Priscilla Gentry, Tom King, __Miller & wife Lula M., and Della King, residents of State Texas, and G.N. King resident Bedford Co, Tennessee, Complainants, vs. John F. Hill, as administrator of the estate of P.A. Hunter, deceased, resident of Marshall Co, Tenn., Defendant. The following statement is made as evidence, as to who are the heirs of Mrs. Phebe Ann Hunter, deceased, are: Said Mrs. Hunter's father and mother died many years ago, and did not leave any child surviving them except said Mrs. Hunter, nor the children of any of their children except their son, William Gillespie, and the children of their daughter, Mrs. Nancy King, both of whom have been dead many years. 1. Said William Gillespie's children are a daughter, M.A. Gillespie, whose Postoffice is at No.__on__Street, Nashville Tennessee. N.J. Jackson, wife of F.J.[sic F.K.] Jackson, Rucker, Rutherford Co, Tennessee. C.P. Gillespie, who lives at Crossville Tennessee, and T.M. Gillespie, Verona, Tenn. 2. Said Nancy King's children are as follows, to wit: N.B. King, Mrs. P.A. Davis, wife of __Davis, Unionville Tennessee, and K.R. King, Unionville or Rockdale [sic Rockvale] Tennessee; Virgie Jones, wife of __Jones, Famy Lamb, wife of __Lamb, non-residents of Tenn., residents of State Texas. Mrs. Nancy King's daughter, Voney King, married Mr. Lem Davis, and left surviving her, at the time of her death, about 15 years ago her husband and the following children: N.R. Davis, Lizzie Davis and T.G. Davis, all of whom reside at Unionville Tennessee. Mrs. Nancy King's son Joe King married, had several children, moved to Texas where he and his wife died 3 to 5 years ago, his children being named: G.N. King, resident Unionville Tenn.; L.R. King, Priscilla Gentry, wife of __Gentry, Lula Miller, wife of __Miller, Della King and Thomas King, residents of the State of Texas, nonresidents of Tennessee, and G.R. King, non- resident of Tennessee, resident of Omaha Nebraska. 3. Mrs. P.A. Hunter had a brother named James Gillespie, who was never married, but volunteered as a soldier in the war of 1861-5, returned from the army, and died, leaving no children, so that the above are all of the surviving children of Mrs. P.A. Hunter's brothers and sister, and their grandchildren. And it is seen that the son and daughter, Joe King and Voney Davis died before the death of Mrs. P.A. Hunter died, and the matter is submitted to the Honorable Court upon these facts, which are understood to be a full statement of the facts, as to the names of the parties entitled to have the question passed upon by the Honorable Court, as to the distribution of the estate of Mrs. P.A.
