This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Karen Combs ==================================================================== Will of Riley McDANIEL Marshall County Will Book A pg 259 Riley McDANIEL being sick at his residence at his Fathers Francis McDANIELS while he was sensable of his approaching and in his proper senses on the 13th of June 1850 - called on Moses THOMPSON to settle up all his business, pay all his debts have his graved walled in and devide his effects equal among them meaning his brothers and sisters only to give Sarah GILMORE five dollars more than the rest for wating on him while he was sick and that the said Riley McDANIEL died on the next day.
