Do make and publish this as my last will and Testament. hereby revoking and making void all lother wills by me at anytime made. First I direct that my funeral Expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors Secondly I give and bequeath to my loving wife Sabra Milroy my lands whereon I now live also our mare and colt, also all the cattle and Hoggs all my house hold and kitchen funiture, all my books and farming utentials also my Waggon and Harness - I also do hereby nominate and appoint Sabra Milroy my loving wife my Executor.
