PYLE Marshall County Will Book A pg 269 I Levi G. PYLES of the County of Marshall and State of Tennessee do this day make and publish this my last will and Testament Revoking all other wills by me made at any time; First; I desire and direct that my debts Shall be paid out of any monies that I may dies seided off or may first come into the hand of my Executor; Secondly; I give to my much beloved wife my tract of land during her widowhood and at her marriage to be sold by my Executor on a credit of 12 months and Equally divided beteen my wife and all of my children; Also I give to my wife my sorrel Mare One Cow calf one wash poand two beds and one womans saddle - Thirdly I desire and direct that all of my property not maned above be sold by my Executor and Credit of 12 months and the proceeds go to the payment of my debts and if there be not enough for the payment My Executor shall expose of my land above will for the satisfaction of the Remaining portion of my Dects, Forthly $ lastly; I hereby nominate and appoint my friend D.
