Murphey Decd. which is in the word and figures folowing that is to say. Guardian Dr. For Amount of Special Legacy & interest on same Paid you 11 Oct 1854 by the Exr. of Charles Murphey Decd. $163.50 Interest 1 Month 06 .95 $164.45 Credits By Cash Paid for Bonds .50 " Amount allowed Guardian 5.00 " Amount Paid for this settlement & Recording same 1.50 " Amount of costs paid in transferring the Estate of the minors in the County of Maury to the County of Smith the place of the actual residence of the said minors 3.00 " Amount Paid Bryan Ward the Guardian for said Minor in the County of Smith 154.45 164.45 Received Columbia November 16th 1854 of William A. Alexander Guardian for Andrew J. Francis K. & John S.
