I have this 16th Augt 1859 settled with Hugh C. Harrison
Gurdn of Thomas Roberts a minor child of William Roberts Decd.
V a grand child of Nancy Barker Decd. which is in the word of
[of legacy? or &lequines?] following to wit:

For Amount Received of John B. Padgett Clerk Maury County Court
being the amount of Money due you from the Estate of Nancy Barker Decd.
