(S) Fitzgerald A certain Tract of LAND, containing Thirty six and one half acres by survey, bearing date the 12th day of October 1854 lying in said county, on cane Creek in Range 8 and section 5 Beginning on a stake 10 poles South and 90 poles East of the North East corner of a 20 acre Entry in the name of Robert Thompson No. 655, runs South 2 1/2 poles to a black walnut near a branch a conditional line between said Fitzgerald and Amos Edwards then with said line S 79 W 13 1/2 poles S 21 1/2 W 30 poles S13 W 20 poles S58 W 34 poles S 31 W 22 poles S 7 W 24 poles S 26 E 18 poles to a stake in the line of a survey of Dyer and others, then East with the same 71 poles to a stake then North 130 poles to a stake on the side of a bluff then West 14 poles to the beginning. With the hereditaments and appurtenances: To have and to hold this said tract or parcel of LAND, with the appurtenances to the said David L.(S) Fitzgerald and his heirs forever.
