(S) Fitzgerald A certain Tract or Parcel of LAND, containing Ten acres and sixty one poles by survey, bearing date the 3rd day of April 1855 lying in said county, on the waters of Cathys creek in Range 4 Section 5 Beginning on the South West corner of a 6 3/4 acre Entry in the name of William Tomson and runs East with the South boundary line of the same 51 poles to a stake near the branch with white walnut pointers, then South 22 poles to a stake in William Fosters line then with his line South 65 (degrees) West 27 poles to a red oak his corner then North 43 poles to the beginning. With the hereditaments and appurtenances: To have and to hold this said tract or parcel of LAND, with the appurtenances to the said David F.(S) Fitzgerald and his heirs forever.
