THERE IS GRANTED BY THE SAID STATE OF TENNESSEE UNTO Benjamin Hall asignee of the said Elisha Willisy? ------ A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, CONTAINING twenty four and three fourths acres by Survey bearing date the 6th day of August 1814 lying in Maury County in the Second District south side of Duck river on the head waters of Globe Creek and bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at the North East corner of a five thousand acre survey in the name of William D? Lewis at a beech, sugar tree and lonar? thence west with said. Lewis’ North boundary line seven? poles to a? line? Beginning? birch, thence North sixty? poles to three dogwoods and the South boundary line of a fifty five acre survey of the house of said Hall thence East fifty poles on the same line as?dogwoods? about five poles from the South East corner of said fifty five acre tract, thence South ninety and a half poles to a beech, thence West forty three poles to a stake in said William D?
