Booker? for 30 acres and entered on the 21st day of August 1821 by No. 854 There is granted by the said state of Tennessee unto Henry Hall the assignee of the said Ismael? Booker?------ A certain tract parcel of land containing Thirty acres by survey bearing date the eighth day of November 1821 lying in the 12th district in _____ County on the waters of west Sandy? in the South section of the fifth Range and bounded as follows to wit and Beginning at a stake in said Hall’s field on the North boundary of said section eighty poles and of the South East corner of the same Running thence South forty poles poles to a stake with dogwood and hickory pointers on the South boundary of an entry in the name of Joseph Kedredge? for 274 acres thence west with and by his line one hundred and twenty poses to a stake with a hickory and popular pointer thence North forty poles to a black oak with a poplar and two hickory pointers standing on the section line thence east one hundred and twenty poles to the Beginning.
