Huling for 9 acres and entered on the 18th day of Dec, 1822 by No. 1207 There is granted by the said state of Tennessee unto Henry H. Hall assignee of the said Frederick W. Huling------ A certain tract parcel of land containing nine acres by Survey bearing date the 28th day of June 1823 lying in the Twelfth District in Maury County on Baileys Creek in the fifth Section of the third Range and bounded As follows to wit Beginning at a white Oak and black gum standing Fifty two poles East and one hundred and forty eight poles South of the South East corner of entry No. 577 for 50 acres Running to the Right at twenty five poles in all fifty three poles to a white oak and small hickory thence South twenty seven and one fifth poles to a Stake a poplar pointer thence West Cros- sing said creek Running to the left at 16 poles in all fifty three poles to a Chestnut thence North twenty seven and one fifth poles to the Beginning ------ With the hereditaments and appurtenances --- to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with it appurtenances, to the said Henry H.
