EMCAMPMENT ROOM.NASHVILLE.AUGUST 28TH 1849--"Resolved,By this Encampment,that the charge of grossly immoral conduct,against Sir Knight,PHILLIP P.NEELY,is not sustained by the specifications in the proof.__"Resolved,That the Encampment regards the conduct of Sir Knight NEELY,on the occasion referred to,as having been imprudent and indiscreet,as a Minister of the Gospel,and a Knight Templar.
