LAND AND NEGROES FOR SALE--By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court at Columbia,I will on the 18th day of May next offer for sale on the premises,the tract of land formerly belonging to JOHN and MARTHA McFALL, and also several negroes-the land will be sold on a credit of twelve months,and the negroes for cash.April 12,1849.WM.P.MARTIN,C.& M. NEGROES FOR SALE--By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court at Columbia, I will on the 7th day of May next,offer for sale,at the market-house in Columbia,four negroes; ELI, EPHRAIM, DICK & HARRIET, belonging to the estate of ALEXANDER BALDRIDGE,deceased.They will be sold on credit until the 25th December next.April 12,1849. W.P.MARTIN C.& M. LAND FOR SALE--By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court of Columbia, I will on the 17th day of May next,at the market-house in Columbia, proceed to sell to the highest bidder,on credit of one and two years, a tract of land formerly belonging to JOHN TIDWELL,containing about 150 acres,situated on Lick creek,near the North-East corner of Maury county.Bond and good security will be required.April 12,1849.
