OFFICE OF CHANCERY COURT STATE OF TENNESSEE MAURY COUNTY--Wm.R.PORTER, Adm'r vs Wm.S.KERFOOT'S heirs and creditors. The complainant,as Administrator of WILLIAM S.KERFOOT,has filed his bill in our said Chancery Court,against the heirs and creditors of WM.S.KERFOOT, suggesting the insolvency of the estate,and praying the real estate may be sold.Notice is therefore given to all persons having claims against said estate to file the same with the Clerk and Master of said Court within the time required by law or they will be barred. The bill also alleges that the said KERFOOT has heirs in the State of Virginia.If there is such,notice is hereby given that they appear at the next term of said Court,to be held on the 3d Monday in Sept next,and by proper order of said Court have themselves made parties defendants to said suit.W.S.FLIPPEN,Sol'r.
