Generation No. 1

	1.  Samuel1 Scott  He married Sarah.  She was born in south Carolina, 
and died 03 Dec 1845 in Maury County, Tennessee.

page 17 Associate Reformed Presbyterian Death & Marriage Notices, 1843-1863, 
p.17 Died on the 3d December, 1845, at her residence in Hopewell, Maury Co., 
Tenn., Sarah Scott, in the 83d year of her age. The deceased, earty in life 
became a member of the church, probably in Sharon, York District, S. C.; from 
which place she emigrated to the region in which she died. She was the wife of 
Samuel Scott, one of the first and most distinguished members of Hopewell.
