[Debt Settlement for Estate of Ezekiel Henderson, 23 Apr 1839]

In pursuance of an act of ASsembly in such case made & proven
I have this 23 day of April A.D. 1839 settled with Samuel Hanna acting
admr of Ezekiel Henderson dec which is as follows to wit
I find the admr in debted to cash recd[?] April 2d 1838 from William S.
Henderson Exr of William Henderson decd		$464.00
I find the admr entitled to credits for the following distribution of said 
Estate to wit  Cash padi Richard Hendersons Guardian of Wm. S. Henderson
amino[?] heir of Ezekiel Henderson due for his distribution share of said 
Estate April 2d 1838				$306.66 2/3
Cash paid William Murphey & Esther Murphey his wife formerly 
Esther Henderson due by 1st 1838		$153.33 1/3
Cash paid Clerk for for[sic] this settlement due	$1.50
					$461.50
N.B. the admr holds the two receipt above set down as the do not 
properly come in as vouchers are settlement [??]
Errors excepted
