In pursuance of an act of aSsembly in such case made and
provided I have on this 14th day of October A.D. 1838
proceeded to settle with David G. Hudspeath and James J.
Thurmons Executor of Thomas Hudspeath decd which is as
follows to wit.
I find that there comes to the hand of the Executor from
the proceeds of the sale 	711.43 3/4
I dind further that there comes to the hand of the Executor
in cash Notes with intents	501.88 1/2
			$1212.32 1/2
I find the Executor intitled to the following credits to wit.
