I Elizabeth Lusk of the county of Maury and State of Tennessee in reasonable health and sound in mind, but knowing that it is appointed for all the family of Adam once to die, do make this my last will and testament. Unto my beloved Daughter Sinthy Begum (Bingham), I give and bequeath my Negro woman by the name of Fanny for her to have and to hold said Negro woman during her lifetime, and at her (Sinthey's) death, I will that said Negro woman Fanney make her own choice of a home, either with my son Samuel or with my son James or with any of my grandchildren she may make choice to live with during her life time. And I also will that my Daughter Sinthey give unto said black woman Fanney every Saturday and Sunday to be her own time during her lifetime, and after Sinthey's death whereever Fanney may make choice of a home, they also to give the same term of time every Saturday and Sunday to Fanny while she lives. This I acknowledg to be my last will and testament whereunto I set my hand and fix my Seal this; I also appoint my sons Samuel and James to execute this last will and testament. Hugh C.
