Will
Probated Feby 18th 1895

I E.M. Murphy[sic] of the county of Maury State of Tennessee being of sound 
mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking and making void all former will by me at any time 
heretofore made.
1st  I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable to pay
off and discharge all the debts dues and liabilities that exist against me at the time
of my decease.
2nd  I give and bequeth unto A.F. Walker and wife all my real estate consisting of
Fifty acres of land together with all the improvements therein, and all my personal
property consisting of one mare, one cow and calf, fifteen head of hogs, five hundred
lbs of meal fifteen barrels of corn, nine bushels of wheat and all my household and 
kitchen furniture.
3rd  I hereby nominate and appoint A.F. Walker as Executor of this will.  In witness
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 4th day of February 1895.

The above will and testament was at the date thereof signed sealed published and
declared by the said E.M. Murphy as and for her last Will and testament in presence
of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as witnesses.
