MAURY COUNTY, TN - WILLS - James Reese, 15 Aug 1828 ----¤¤¤---- Be it Remembered By all whom if May Concern- That I, James Reese of Maury County, State of Tennessee, Being in Usual health and of Sound Mins and Memory Do Hereby Declare the following to be the Manner in which all the Worldly Property I may Possess at my decease Shall Be Disposed of, Viz: 1. Item - All My Lawful Debts to Be Discharged. 2. Item - All that Shall Remain after the above Item is Dishcarged, I Do hereby Bequeath to My B'loved Wife Elizabeth Reese for her Maintenance During her Natural Life and to be Wholly at her Disposal at her Decease of Before if she think it proper. And I do hereby Declare this to Be My last will and Testament Disclaiming all former Wills and Declaring them to be Void and of none affect as Witness My hand and Seal this James Reese On the 15th day of August A.D. 1828 James Reese the above testator acknowledged the above, to be his last will and testament before us the Subscribers who Subscribed out names in his presence and in the presence of each other.
