Probated Feby 18th 1895

I, Allen Voorhies will to Omy Patten all of my household furniture and also 
one black mare I bought from Mr. W.T. Erwin said Erwin has lean on and 
also has morgage on my land for some more.  In case said Erwin refuses to 
take said mare back said Omy Patten must pay said Erwin for said mare.  
All of my clothing I give to Bud Gillum.  All of my land I give to my only full 
sister Cilvester Gillum.  My black sow I give to Teddy[or Tildy] Johnson.  
I will my land to my sister Cilvester Gillum after all my just debts are paid 
and my furnal expenses.  I will my Mason Chart to Gere[?] Johnson & wife 
Teddy[or Tildy] Johnson.  I will half of my corn to Teddy[or Tildy] Johnson.
