EDMUND ROBERTS



     Edmund Roberts applied for revolutionary pension in McMinn County. Tenn. He

was born 1856. He enlisted in 1775 in Ca8swell [sic] County, N. C. in North

Carolina troops under Capt. Alfred Moore, Col. Francis Nash and Lieut. Lawrence

Thompson. He was in the battle of Guilford Court House. He died in McMinn County

in 1848.
