WILEY'S mother was JULIA ANN BAUCUM ADAY SPARKS.] Know all men by these presents, that we, WILEY ADY and wife, have this day bargained and sold to ASA BAUCUM for consideration of Gift Dollars to me in hand paid, the following tract of land, lying and being in McNairy County, Tennesee, bounded as follows: That is today we deed him eighteen acres that is the balance we own of a 26 1/2 acre tract of land that was deeded to us by J. B. BAUCUM [JOB B. BAUCUM] and we convey in this enough off of the East end of a 160 acre tract of land to make him 75 acres including above, that is to say 57 acres off the East end of the 160 acre tract, the line between us to run North and South as agreed upon and at his death to go to LOUISA [BOLING] BAUCUM, his wife.
