     [Note:  This entry in the deed book is virtually illegible in its

     entirety.  However, there are a few places where it is possible to

     make out the following key words:  Entry Number 304, James L. Clay,

     and Entry Number 2064.  This is sufficient to match up this sale

     with the earlier piece of land purchased from D. A. Hill.  The date

     is totally illegible, but the entry is at the beginning (pp. 29-30)

     of Book M, which covers the years 1874 - 1876.  The deed probably

     dates around January or February of 1874.]
