     McNairy County, Tennessee Deed Book O, pp. 125-6 8 March 1879



     ASA BAUCUM  to  R. W. P. POOL



     50 acres



     I have this day sold to R. W. P. POOL for the sum of one hundred

     dollars to me in hand paid the following land in McNairy County,

     Tennessee, bounded as follows:



     Begins at the North East corner of the Mrs. MOON tract, runs North

     94 poles to the North East corner of Reserve Entry No. 1453 to a

     stake, black jack and black oak pointers, then West 85 poles to a

     stake, post oak and 2 alder pointers, then South 94 poles to the

     North West corner of the Mrs. MOON tract, then East 85 poles to the

     beginning, containing 50 acres more or less and the same land that

     was deeded to me by the Executors of WILLIAM S. WISDOM 5th October

     1874 and sell the same to POOL as it was conveyed to me.



     To have and to hold the same to the said POOL and his heirs forever

     covenant with the said POOL.  That I am lawfully seized of said land

     and have a good right to convey the same and the same is not

     encumbered in any way and bind myself to warrant and  defend the

     title of same to the said POOL against the lawful claims or claims

     of all persons whatever.  This 8th day of March 1879.
