H. WILLIAMS 75 acres [Note: This is the land that was given to Asa Baucum by his grandson Wiley Aday. Deed Book U, pp. 535-6, 15 April 1892.] For and in consideration of the sum of forty dollars, $40.00, cash in hand paid by J. H. WILLIAMS, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by me. I, LOUISA BAUCUM, have this day bargained and sold and by these presents, sell, transfer unto the said J. H. WILLIAMS a certain tract parcel or piece of land, said land lying in said county. Known as a part of the J. B. BAUCUM [JOB B. BAUCUM] land and on the waters of Whiteoak Creek and bounded as follows: Bounded in the North by lands of YOUNGER and WEBSTER, East by JERRY SEWELL, South by J. H. WILLIAMS, West by JOHN MILLER, containing by estimation seventy-five acres more or less. To have and to hold the above described land to the said J. H. WILLIAMS and his heirs and assigns forever covenant with him. I have a good right to make this and I am lawfully seized and possessed of said land and the same are free from incumbrances in any way and I further bind myself and hiers to warrant and forever defend the title to the above described land against the lawful claims or claims of any and all persons whomsoever.
