M. HENDRIX, deceased. To the County Court of McNairy County, State of Tennessee. In pursuance to an interlocutory order rendered by the court on the -- of October 1887, we the commissioners proceeded to lay off Homestead for the widow of HENRY HENDRIX, deceased, we we beg leave to report to to this court. 1st. We lay off the Home place, where the deceased departed, containing 70 acres, and bounded as follows: on the North by MCRIMMON, South by LOCKMAN and HENDRIX, East by HENDRIX, West by SIMMONS, which we value at Six Hundred Dollars. 2nd. We lay off in addition to the above - two town lots situated in the town of Bethel Springs, McNairy County and lying together, containing 1 acre and bounded as follows: On the North by O. J. STOVALL, on the West by RANKIN Estate, valued at Four Hundred Dollars. The two parcels together making One Thousand Dollars worth as the homestead of the value of one thousand dollars.
