Neal his wife and my daughter. 2nd for consideration of two hundred and twenty five dollars in hand paid. The above named considerations for eight hundred dollars making in all one thousand an twenty five form the above named considerations. I William Prather hereby and bequeath certain track or parcel of land lying in McNairy County, State of Tennessee on Prairie branch Range 1 and Sect 2, being part of Entry No. 1791 and bounded on the South Wm. Prather. Beginning at a stake with post oak and white oak Pts. The South East bondary of said Entry and N. boundary line of Entry No. 1253 in the name of the Trusties University of N. Carolina and running thence West 424 poles to a white oak with white oak and black oak Pts. thence North 92 poles to a stake with white oak and dogwood Pts. Thence East 268 poles to a stake in the edge of the old field thence South 18 poles to a sassafras with post oak and black oak Pts. Thence East 156 poles to a stake in the E. Boundary line sd Entry 1791 and thence South 92 poles to the beginning containing 227 110/160 acres more or less. To have and to hold the said premises with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to the same unto the said P. H. Neal and L. E. Neal to their Heirs and assigns forever and the said William Prather futher agrees to forever warrant and defend the right title and benefit of the same unto the said P. H. & L. E.
