SURRATT, Road Commissioner of 15th Civil District Be it remembered that this cause came to be heard before the Honorable County Court of McNairy County on appeal from the decision of said Road Commissioner and, after hearing proof and argument, it is ordered by the court that L. J. SURRATT, Road Commissioner of the 15th Civil District of McNairy County be ordered to open the road asked for in said petition, to wit: Commencing north of L. R. LITTLEFIELD's at the Purdy and Coffee Road, and thence runs to the old Stage road, known as the Purdy and Savannah Road, intersecting the Stage road at JAMES RIDDLE's farm, passing between the farm of RIDDLE and GLEN and between the farm of FARRIS and GLEN.
