WILSON to H. K. WILSON [HEZEKIAH WILSON] 63 acres, 108 acres For and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy five dollars to me in hand paid, I as one of the heirs of GEORGE W. WILSON, deceased, have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey unto H. K. [HEZEKIAH] WILSON and his heirs forever the following described tract or parcel of land in McNairy County, State of Tennessee and bounded as follows: Being all the undivided interest I now have or may have in and to the old Homestead Tract of land and the same on which our Mother now resides, said undivided lands are bounded on North by R. W. CARTER, on South by WILLIAMS, and on East by C. C. COMBS, on West by James Riddle, containing 63 acres more or less. Also my undivided interest in [a] tract of land in Snake Creek Bottom containing 108 acres and same our Father bought from GILBERT PEARSON, bounded on North by LOANALLE [?], on South by GILCHRIST, on East by COMBS, on West by BROWDER. To have and to hold all my undivided interest in the two tracts of land to said H. K. WILSON and his heirs forever. I covenant that I am lawfully seized of said and [and] have a good right to convey the same, subject to our Mother's claim for Homestead and that same is unencumbered. [I] bind myself to warrant and forever defend the title of the same against the lawful claims of all persons. Given under my hand 10 January 1890.
