WISDOM to WILEY BAUCUM 200 acres We, JOHN H. DUKE, C. SHULL, D. M. and JOHN L. WISDOM, Executors, WILLIAM S. WISDOM, by virtue of the power invested by his last will and testament the Sixth day of February 1871, herbeby transfer and convey to WILEY BAUCUM and his heirs assigned forever for the consideration of two hundred and fifty dollars and costs paid to us, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and contain piece of land bordered as follows: Lying and being in McNairy County, Tennessee, beginning at a black oak the NorthEast corner of Entry Number 1782 in the name of D. HILL [DANIEL ANDERSON HILL, who is married to ELIZA JANE BAUCUM, WILEY'S sister], runs South 142 poles to a post oak on the SouthEast corner of the same, then East 110 poles to a black oak, then South 66 poles to a black jack, then East 106 poles to a stake and post oak pointers, then South 56 poles to a stake and ... post oak pointers, then West 78 poles to a black jack, then North 96 poles to a hickory and corner of R. B. YOUNG tract, then West 40 poles to a stake on the West line of YOUNG's tract, then North 118 poles to a black oak and a corner of Entry Number 2064, then West 112 poles to the South line of 105 acres conveyed to J. J. PIGGOTT to his SouthWest corner, then South 66 poles to a stake and white oak pointers, then East 12 poles to the beginning. These calls are thought to be correct, but are taken from an old grant and we only convey such title as I am seized of, containing 200 acres more or less. The title of which land hereby bind the heirs of the said WILLIAM S. WISDOM and forever defendants of the said WILEY BAUCUM and his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever ... and effectively as they could be bound by the said WILLIAM S.
