Item (1) I will and direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid out of the first money that may come into the hands of my Executor Item (2) I will and direct that all my estate both real and personal of which I may die seized and possessed shall be held as a Trust fund by the lawful Guardian of my son Rupert Chambers till the majority of my son Rupert, the interests rents and profits only to be used for the benefit of my said son as herein directed and limited till he attains his majority and upon his attaining his majority then all of said fund to become his absolute property. Item (3) I further will and direct that from the funds in the hands of the Guardian of my son Rupert which he shall receive from my estate , there shall be paid from the interests rents and profits, the sum of ($50.00) Fifty Dollars to Miss Tempie Chambers for the support of herself and her sister Fannie Chambers sister of my deceased husband, to be paid to her by said Guardian annually so long as said Tempie Chambers shall remain in the Home with my son Rupert and shall care for him and keep him a home and so long as he remains at said home till he becomes 21 years old, it being my desire that she remain at the home and keep Rupert as a part of the home family as near like it has been in the past as can be done consistant with changes that have taken place and may take place and I also give for same purpose all the rents from my land. Item (4) I further will and direct that in the event of the death of my son Rupert before he becomes 21 years old or is without issue or dependants then the fund in the hands of the Guardian of my son Rupert arising from and being my entire estate shall be held as a Trust Fund and the rents profits and interest therefrom shall be paid to and used for the support of the said Tempie Chambers during her natural life and at her death all of said fund shall be equally divided one half of it to go to my next of kin and the other half to go to Samuel Belew the grand son of my deceased husband. Item (5) I hereby nominate and appoint H.P. Wood of Selmer Tenn. as the Executor of this my last will and Testament. I also designate J.R. Hamm of Ramer Tennessee to serve as Guardian for my son Rupert Chambers. We have signed and do hereby subscribe our names as subscribing witnesses to her signature and she declared and published in our presence that the same is her last will and testament.
