First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or that may come into the hands of my executrix. Secondly I give and bequeath to my daughter Martha Long all my house hold and kitchen property & all monies due me all the Corn & Fouder & Meat & cotton that I may die possessed of. Thirdly I give and bequeath to my grandson John Cherry one colt. Fourthly I will and direct that all the balance of my property of every description be sold by my executrix and the proceeds after paying my Dr. bill & funeral expenses be equally divided among my other children. Fifthly I do hereby nominate & appoint Martha Long my Executrix to this Will in witness whereof I do this my will set my hand and seal: this Decr. the 16th A.D. 1872 Susan Long (her seal) Wm McCaskill R.C.Ball The within Will was proven in open Court by the subscriber witnesses in common form of Law. Thereupon Martha Long who is named as Executrix in said Will came into open Court and renounced as such Executrix.
