Luttrell Born March 16, 1803 Died November 3, 1886 In the name of God, "AMEN", I Robert W. Luttrell being this day of sound mind do, hereby publish this my last will, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time hereto for made. I desier that all my debts with my funeral expenses be paid out of the money first coming into the hands of my executor. I will at my death that all my land and all other property now in my possession be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided among my children as follows to with. My son James Madison Luttrell, to my daughter Sarah Ann Hockaday, to my daughter Elizabeth J. Burton, to my daughter Sylva J. Joplin, to my daughter Eliza J. Bowers, to my daughter Lucinda S. Bowers, and my son William C. Luttrell. To have and to hold as their lawful share of said proceeds. I hereby appoint my son Wm. C. Luttrell as my exector and desire that he executo this my will as it is written, which is in accordance with my wishes. On testimony I set my hand and seal. This November the 3rd 1886. Signed: R.W. Luttrell At the request of Robt. W. Luttrell we witness his signature to the above instrument as he desires us to do, and today is of sound mind. November 3rd 1886, Witness: W. W. Stovall and T. J. Bowers On this the 6th day of December 1886, T.J. Bowers and one the 7th day of December 1886, W.W. Stovall came into open court, two subscribing witness this last will and testament of R. W. Luttrell and after being duly sworn say they were present and saw R.W. Luttrell sign his name to this will and asked them to do the same as witness' and this will was set up in common form of law.
