Martha D. Murry Last Will

I Martha D. Murry of said County and State make & publish this my last Will &
Testament

1st I request that my funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as
possible after my death

2nd  I desire that my just debts be paid by my executor as soon as possible
after my death.

3rd   I will & bequeath to my two sisters Ann E. Hendrix & Samuellen E. Murry
all my property both personal & real estate that I may die siezed and possessed of.

4th  I nominate and appoint the said Ann E. Hendrix & Samuellen E. Murry
Executors of this my last will and they are to take charge of my estate & wind
it up without giving bond.  This Aug. 14th 1897

Signed and acknowledged in our presence and we were called on to sign the same
as witnesses This Aug. 14, 1897

Asa Bell
T.M. Brush

State of Tenn
McNairy County

This day the last Will & Testament of Martha D. Murry was presented in open
Court and personally appeared Asa Bell T.M. Brush the subscribing witnesses
thereto and being duly sworn according to law depose that they were present and
saw Martha D. Murry sign the annexed as her last Will & Testament that she
requested them to witness her signature thereto. 
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Will be set up in common form of
law.

This Oct. 18th 1897

On the census the sister's name is more often written or spelled Samuella.
