Perkins of Bethel Springs, McNairy County-Tennessee, hereby make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all other wills by me at any time hertofore made: First: I direct that all of my just debts be paid by my executors to be hereinafter named. Second: I direct that my wife, Nora Perkins, have and be allowed 12 months support out of my estate, the amount for this purpose, however, not to exceed the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) . I further give, devise, and bequeath unto my wife, Nora Perkins, all of my household furniture. Third: The Balance of my estate, including all personal property and real estate, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my wife, Nora Perkins, Oscar Perkins, (my brother). Otis Perkins, (my brother) Boss Perkins (my brother). The children of my deceased sister, Donie Howell, Minnie McCulla, (my sister) , John Donaho, Cheatham Donaho and Frankie Sweat , to be divided among all of the aforesaid in the following proportions: to my wife, Nora Perkins, one seventh interest; to Oscar Perkins, one seventh interest; to Otis Perkins, one seventh interest; to Boss Perkins, one seventh interest; to the children of my deceased sister Donie Howell, one seventh interest to be divided equally. share and share alike; to Minnie McCulla, one seventh interest; to John Donaho, Cheatham Donaho and Frankie Sweat, one seventh interest to be divided between them share and share alike. In reference to this third item, I request that none of the parties sell the interest devised to them in the real estate for the next two or three years, this request being made on account of the depressed business conditions prevailing. Fourth: I direct that in the event any of the beneficiaries hereunder shall contest the validity of this my last will and testament, that the provision made in behalf of the one or ones so contesting shall become immediately null and void, and my executors here under in lieu there of shall pay to such contestant the sum of $5.00 Five Dollars in full settlement of any claims hereunder and the interest of any one or ones defeated or forfeited by reason of this provision shall pass to the remaining beneficiaries in the same proportions as set forth in the Third Item. The interest of the remaining beneficiaries being increased to a one sixth; one fifth interest , etc. as the case may be. Fifth I direct that the Hon. W. K. Abernathy, Selmer Tennessee, be consulted by my executors in reference to all legal matters in connection with the administration of my estate. Sixth: I nominate and name as executors of this my last will and testament my brother, Otis Perkins and my sister Minnie McCulla and direct that in the event of the death of the one, the other shall exercise all powers and authority necessary hereunder. Further I direct that they execute bond in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars conditioned as prescribed by law for the faithful performance their duties hereunder.
