Prather, a resident and citizen of McNairy County, Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and testament and by this act do hereby revoke any and all former Wills made by me. Item 1. It is my will that all my just debts owing at my death be paid by my executor out of any money or property on hand at the time of my death, and this to include funeral expenses and at least the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) to be used in the purchase and erection of a monument at my grave. Item 2. I will and bequeath to my brother, L. M. Prather all of the household goods, farming implements, live stock and all other personal property, not including any money on the place accupied by me, same being in the 6th District of McNairy County. Item 3. I will and bequeath all of the remainder of my estate, real and personal to my brothers J. S. Prather and L. M. Prather, and to my sisters, Mrs. Caroline Hawkins, Mrs. Amanda Paralee Hawkins, and Mrs. Tennie Jones and the children of my deceased sister, Mrs. Rosaline Smith and the child of my deceased brother L.H.C. Prather and the children of John R. Prather, and the children of my deceased brother J. W. Prather, the brothers and sisters living to have a one ninth of the estate mentioned and the children of my deceased brothers and sisters to have the interest of their deceased parents. Item 4. I hereby nominate F. A. Jones as the executor of this my last Will and Testament and desire that he qualify and perform the duties of such without being required to execute any bond.
