Last Will and Testament of C.B. Rogers

Know all men by these presents that I have this day sold to J. D. Jones one
hundred acres of land the proceeds of which I want to go to the children or
grandchildren of my first wife and I am the owner of other lands that I want in
case I die first go to my present wife her life time and at her death to be
divided equally between the children of my last wife and T.B. Rogers.  I mean by
this that T.B. Rogers should have as much benefit of the land as any other one
of my children.
