G. SURRATT [Note: McGriefs Surratt was called "Mack G." Born: 14 April 1821, Tennessee. Died: 28 December 1901, McNairy Co, Tennessee. He was the son of James Surratt.] Know all by this that I, M. G. SURRATT, of the County of McNairy and State of Tenessee,remembering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make and hereby publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First. I desire that all of my just debts be paid out of any effects that I may be seized and possessed of as soon after my death as practicable. Second. I will that all of my property, both real and personal that I may die possessed of of every kind be divided equally among all my legal heirs or children, except my daughter MARY A. INMAN, who I have this day deeded 82 acres of land that I consider worth five hundred dollars and is to be forever her entire share both of real and personal property of any kind that I desire the said MARY A. INMAN, my daughter, to ever have out of my estate. Witnesseth my hand this 22nd day of February 1893. M. G. SURRATT The above signature of M. G.
