SURRATT. BESSIE SURRATT was her niece, the daughter of her brother, ALEXANDER J. SURRATT. Her nephew, WILL SURRATT, may be JOHN WILLIAM SURRATT, the son of her brother WILLIAM C. SURRATT.] Know all men by these presents: I, LIZZIE SURRATT, of McNairy County, Tennessee, desiring to dispose of all my property, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, and by this act, do hereby revoke, cancel and make null and void any forever will that may have been executed by me. And I do hereby revoke and cancel a certain conveyance made by me to BESSIE SURRATT of certain lands, the same on which I noe reside. The said BESSIE SURRATT was at that time living with me, and was to continue here residence with me, and give to me the attention and care she had formerly done. Having failed to do any of the things required, this conveyance is as before stated cancelled, and made null and void in so far as I am able to do that in this manner. 1. My executor will pay all my debts at my death, including the account owing any physician and to pay all funeral expenses, and the costs and expenses incident to this administration. 2. I hereby give and bequeath and devise all my property both realty and personal property to my nephew, WILL SURRATT, who now lives with me, and who now looks after and cares for and provides for me. This is to include all money, notes, accounts, live stock, bonds, war savings stamps and certificates and the land on which I now reside, the same consistibg of about 218 acres and conveyed me by my father, this deed being recorded in the office of the register at Selmer, Tennessee in [Deed] Book W, p. 461. 3. I nominate and appoint W. K. ABERNATHY, of Selmer, Tennessee, as my sole executor of this my last will and testament. And he will excute the same, and administer hereunder without giving or being required to give bond. 4. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand on this the 12th day of July 1919. LIZZIE SURRATT The above and foregoing last weill and testament OF LIZZIE SURRATT was signed by her as above shown and it was so signed in our sight and presence, at the request of said LIZZIE SURRATT and the undersigned do hereby subscribe to the same as attesting witnesses to the said last will and testament at the request of said LIZZIE SURRATT that we so sign, and it was on this the 12th day of July 1919.
