First After my death I do bequeath and desire that my burial expenses and all my debts be paid out of the first moneys that may come into the hands of my Executor. 2nd I do will after the expenses is made all the personal property and real estate to Sary Todd my wife during her natural lifetime to be controled by her according to her own pleasure. 3rd At her death both the personal property and real estate what remains to be divided between Rebecca Blasingame William Shelton and Felix T. Crowder son of Green Crowder 4th Now if Rebecca Blasingame shall remain with me and my wife Sary and help to support us then she is to have two fifths of all the personal property and of the Real Estate and if she fails to comply with this she is to be excluded from any share whatever, also if William Shelton remains with us during the lifetime of myself and my wife Sary and helps to support us he is to have two fifths of all of my personal property and Real Estate and if he fails to do so he is to have no share in the Estate whatever and if he leaves or refuses to assist either of us in making of a support and person that either of us selects to fill his place and they do it they are to have the same share that William Shelton is to get. Also if Rebecca Blasingame leaves us during our lifetime that is myself and my wife Sary or refuses to help make a support She is to be excluded from any part of the Estate whatever and if either of us selects any person to fill her place that will assist in making of us our support they are to have the share of the estate that Rebecca Blasingame was to have. 5th Now at the death of my wife Sary Todd, Felix Tennessee Crowder the son of Green Crowder is to have one fifth of my personal property and also one fifth of my real estate after all expenses of the funeral is paid. Which fifth part that Felix Tennessee Crowder is to have is not to go into the hands of Green Crowder his father and it is neccessary there be a Guardian appointed for him. I leave David Horn my Executor to execute and carry out and to comply with this my last Will and Testament as though I was to do it myself.
