Wallace decd Known all men by these present that I, W.W. Wallace of the county of McNairy State of Tennessee do make publish and proclaim this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1st I consign my body to the dust from which it came and my soul to God who gave it. 2nd I will and direct that my executor out of the first money coming into his hands pay my burial expenses. 3rd I do Will and direct that my son S.K. Wallace have my home place where I now live in 1st civil district of said county of McNairy . I do this on account of his attention and care for me for the last seven years. 4th I do hereby nominate to constitute and appoint S. K. Wallace my executor to execute this my last will and Testament . In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name to this my last Will and testament in the presence of P.N. Coleman and B.S. Carr the two witnesses to this my last will and Testament who at my request witness the same on the 9th day of Feb. 1898. W.W. Wallace P.N. Coleman B.S. Carr The forgoing last Will and Testament of W.W. Wallace was signed by the testator W.W. Wallace in our presence and was by him published and proclaimed as his last will and Testament and we in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request hereunto sign our names as witnesses to said last Will on this the 9th day of Feb 1899. P.N. Coleman B.S. Carr State of Tennessee McNairy County This day the last will & Testament of W. W. Wallace was presented in open court and properly proven by P.N. Coleman & B.S. Carr two subscribing witnesses there to who was duly sworn as the law directs and same was ordered by the court to be set up in open court as the last will and testament of W. W. Wallace deced.
