  HEZEKIAH WILSON, Deceased



  B. B. WILSON, Administrator



  Settlement of the accounts of B.  B.  WILSON  as  Administrator  of  the

  estate of H. K. WILSON, recast as directed  by  decree  of  the  Circuit

  Court rendered at the May Term 1926 thereof and certified to the  County

  Court. Said settlement so recast being as follows:



  The said B. B. Wilson, Administrator,  is  charged  with  the  following

  items and amounts:



  Cash in Bank of Adamsvile $1026.95 Note collected  from  LUTHER  SURRATT

  $50.00 War Savings Stamps  cashed  $30.00  Cash  from  POWHATAN  PICKENS

  $51.00 Note owing by B. B. WILSON to estate of H. K. WILSON,  as  judged

  by Circuit Court $500.00 Total Charges $1657.95



  The said Administrator is credited with the following items and amounts:



  Letters of Administration $3.00 J. H. CURRY, Doctor  bill  $3.00  W.  P.

  PICKENS, board bill $10.00 Witness fee to H. COMER, probating will H. K.

  W. $2.00 V. D. PHILLIPS for tomb rock $46.50 R. L. BROWN, burial expense

  $38.00 Cost in suit against JOE FINGER $7.00 Witness fee  to  C.  SHARP,

  probating will $4.00  ABERNATHY  &  SHELTON,  attorney  fee  charged  by

  circuit court $50.00 B. B. WILSON, store account, as adjudged  by  court

  $92.42 Additional clerks' fee $4.00 Total Credits $260.52



  Balance in hands of Administrator $1397.43
