  GEORGE W. WILSON



  In the name of God, Amen.



  I, G. W. WILSON, of the  Fifteenth  Civil  District  in  the  County  of

  McNairy and State of Tennessee, being  of  sound  mind  and  memory  and

  considering the  uncertainty  of  this  frail  and  transitory  life  do

  therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will  and

  testament.



  That is  to  say,  First,  after  all  my  lawful  debts  are  paid  and

  discharged, the residue of my Estate, Real  and  Personal,  I  give  and

  bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit:



  To my beloved wife, SUSANNAH WILSON, the land and appurtenances situated

  thereon known and described as the home farm,  lying  in  the  Fifteenth

  Civil District in the County of McNairy and State of Tennessee,



  excepting six acres of said land on which my  son,  FINLEY  G.  WILSON'S

  house is located, that I sold him and he has paid me for the  same,  the

  bounds of which is to be as follows, where run or surveyed: To Begin,  2

  poles West of his wall on my line, between my line and the widow  P.  A.

  WILLIAMS, to run East to the extreme  South  East  corner  of  the  Home

  tract. Thence North with  the  line  between  me  and  W.  C.  HALEY,  a

  significant distance to make his complement, together with  my  farm  on

  Snake Creek if any of said former tract should be left after  my  lawful

  debts have been paid.  And  in  the  payment  of  which  if  it  becomes

  necessary to sell any of the land or tract on Snake Creek that  my  wife

  SUSANNAH may sell or set apart for that purpose any part of  said  tract

  on Snake Creek that she may think best in the satisfaction of my  lawful

  debts, the remainder she  is  to  have  the  priviledge  of  meeting  or

  disposing of she may see fit or necessary for  her  support  during  her

  natural life. Or term of the same provided she should ......  and  after

  her death.



  The remaining land and personal effects, if any,  to  be  sold  and  the

  proceeds after paying my sons, HEZEKIAH and HOWARD and L. A. WILSON  one

  hundred and fifty dollars, to make them equal heirs and the balance,  if

  any, to be divided between all my heirs equally so they may share alike.



  In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name  and  affixed  my

  seal the 25th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand  eight

  hundred and seventy three.
