Coffin (the purchaser) and his heirs in fee simple The court is further pleased to order adjudge and decree that the title to lot no (41) forty one situate in the town of Madisonville Monroe County Tenn. be divested out of the heirs of William Griffith decd and vested in Joseph R. Rudd (the purchaser ) and his heirs in fee simple, and it further appearing to the court from the written order of Benj C. Pettitt that the said Pettitt has sold and transferred his interest in lot no (43) forty three to Guilford ____ and has divested and requested this court to decree the title of said lot to said Guilford _____, the court is therefore pleased to order adjudge and decree that the title to lot no (43) forty three situate in the Town of Madisonville Monroe County Tennessee be divested out of the heirs of William Griffith deceased and be vested in Guilford ______ and his heirs in fee simple The court is further pleased to order that the costs of this case be paid out of the proceeds of the sales of said lots.
