NOTICE: Pursuant to an order of the County Court of Montgomery County, Tenn.,
made at the June term of said Court, 1855, I shall on Saturday, the 30th of
June, 1855, at the precinct for District No. 10, being the residence of John C.
Weakly, sell to the highest bidder, a Tract of land containing 447 acres,
belonging to the estate of Thomas Weakly, dec'd. Sold for division among the
heirs and devisees. John S. Major, Commissioner, June 8, 1855
