I give to Matilda Johnson a broad saw to do as she thinks best. The balance of my property consisting of household goods farming utensils one sorrel horse mul named Wiley one muly spotted cow and red calf and a lot of corn and a half interest in a two horse wagon and all wearing apparel I give to my children Sidney Herring Wm Herring Katy Herring Ellen Herring Lily Herring to be divided equally between or the proceeds of my property after it is sold. I appoint Sidney Anderson my Executor to do as he thinks best in disposing of my property & children Said Sidney Anderson not required to give bond and security as the law requires this April 1883.
