Stanley & Others for Deed Lewis Stanley Deceased Recorded 10th Nov 1873 Know all men by these presents that we the undersigned heirs of Lewis Stanley Deed of the county of Obion and State of Tennessee, in consideration of a division of 450 acres of land to us by our father Leewis Stanley on the 21 day of August 1869, said division agreed to by us and we the undersigned hereby convey all ourright title & interest in and to 45 1/2 acres of said land to our sister, Louisa Stanley: Beginning at a stake Lucy Smith South E corner, Thence 196 poles to a stake two Eleven pointers, Lucy Smith's N.E. corner, thence E 37 poles to a stake in the field, thence S 196 poles to a stake two Beach & Whit Oak pointers. In the South five of the Home tract of 200 acrs, thence 2 88 poles tothe beginning containing by continuance 45 1/2 acres, to have and to hold to herself, her heirs & assigns forever and we convey to the said Louisa Stanley all the rights title and interest vested in us by and from our father Lewis Stanley Decd.
